Same-Sex Marriage Wins in Historic Supreme Court Ruling

Lisa Linsky explained the Supreme Court amicus brief that she and Paul Thompson filed for the Mattachine Society supporting same-sex marriage. The brief documented decades of discrimination against gay people by the federal government, and Ms. Linsky said the goal was “to give the justices more of an appreciation of just how long this animus and discrimination against LGBT Americans has been going on.”
