Sanofi Urges Fed. Circ. to Deny Amgen’s Redo Bid in IP Row

Sarah Columbia, Nicole Clouse, William Gaede and Eric Hagen continue among the lawyers from five firms representing Amgen Inc. in IP litigation over its cholesterol medication Repatha. Amgen has asked the Federal Circuit for a rehearing on the case, claiming that the court had three times upheld the validity of a “newly characterized antigen” for the drug.
