William Gaede said that his biomedical client Isis Pharmaceutical, which won a federal court ruling allowing infringement litigation against Danish pharmaceutical developer Santaris to proceed, was “pleased that the court denied Santaris’ summary judgment motion on this crucial safe harbor issue, and we look forward to proceeding to trial to vindicate Isis’ rights.” The McDermott team representing Isis also includes Shane Smith, Derek Meyer, Jason Strabo and John Low.
