SDNY Civil Frauds Co-Chief Joins McDermott as Partner

Rebecca Martin, who has handled scores of civil fraud matters in the past 15 years with the US Attorney’s office, has joined the Firm in New York as a partner. Ms. Martin said “it was time,” for a change, and added that serving clients using her health care fraud and internal investigations experience will mesh well with McDermott’s broad health care team.
