Rebecca Martin, co-chief of the Civil Frauds Unit at the Manhattan US Attorney’s office, has joined McDermott’s New York office as a litigation partner. Having focused on healthcare fraud at the US Attorney’s office, she will handle internal investigations and False Claims Act matters, among others, for Firm clients.
