Linda Ji has joined the Firm’s Corporate & Transactional Practice Group as a partner in the Boston office. Ms. Ji advises life science, healthcare, technology and other clients – from startups to “Fortune 500” giants – on a wide range of domestic and international corporate matters with a particular focus on cross-border transactional work between China and the United States.
