SEC’s Enforcement Division Won’t Wait For Market Reforms

Eugene Goldman said that new SEC litigation against market access providers and alternative trading system operators “enforces rules already in the books,” but noted that the lawsuits “complement” SEC Chair Mary Jo White’s new announcement of “emphasis on the need for market transparency.”
