SEC’s White Calls 2nd Circ. Insider Ruling ‘Overly Narrow’

Eugene Goldman said that while a federal appeals court’s overturning of a key insider trading case involved a criminal matter, “the standards imposed [by the decision] to prove a violation may also apply to SEC enforcement cases.”
