Gary Emmanuel, who has advised US and Israeli life science companies on public offerings and private placements, has left a specialty securities firm to join McDermott. Mr. Emmanuel’s knowledge of the life sciences and biotech sectors is expected to make him a key member of the Firm’s healthcare deal team.
