Stephen Ryan represented the PAC of Idaho US Senator Mike Crapo, and a major contributor, in agreeing to pay a fine to the Federal Election Commission regarding alleged illegal campaign contributions. In the agreement the respondents contended that their violations of campaign finance law were inadvertent.
