Sen. Enzi Sees Strong Pressure on Congress If “Quill” Upheld

Stephen Kranz discussed the oral argument before the Supreme Court of the United States in South Dakota v. Wayfair at the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board Inc.’s Semi-Annual meeting. Mr. Kranz said that the argument reduced his expectation that the Supreme Court would overturn Quill Corp. v. North Dakota.
