Senate’s Version of AHCA Would Slash Medicaid Funding, Too

Jeremy Earl said the Senate’s draft American Health Care Act “largely leaves the Affordable Care Act Exchange architecture in place but makes significant changes to coverage subsidies and benefit products,” such as making fewer individuals eligible for premium subsidies, phasing out cost-sharing reductions and allowing insurers to charge more based on an insured’s age.
