Overview
Steven Spears, Asra Chatham and Marissa Krumm were noted as pro bono counsel in one of multiple lawsuits brought against Signal International by foreign workers who claimed they were subjected to forced labor and other abuses at the shipbuilder’s sites in Mississippi and Texas after being recruited through the H-2B visa program to work as welders and pipe fitters in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
