Nathan Coco was among several lawyers from major law firms who worked on the Chapter 11 restructuring of Signal International to negotiate a $20 million settlement on behalf of foreign workers represented by the firms in trafficking litigation. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which had worked with the firms, said the restructuring lawyers “contributed hundreds of pro bono hours to ensure the maximum recovery for the former guest workers while safeguarding their rights.” Read the full article
