Amandeep Sidhu, who has been pro bono co-counsel representing Sikh service members seeking to serve in the US Army with their articles of faith intact, said that a new Army policy to allow such service “is the most significant expansion of access to religious accommodation that the Army or any other branch has put forth in over 30 years.”
