Overview
McDermott will move its New York offices from 340 Madison Ave. to One Vanderbilt, a new development next to Grand Central Terminal slated for completion in 2020. John Yoshimura commented that McDermott’s New York team numbers approximately 300 and has expanded about 25 percent over the past year. To accommodate its growing team, McDermott’s 106,000-square-foot offices will boast innovative space designs and other efficiencies.
