Sogetrel Acquires Electronic Security Business from SFPI

Henri Pieyre de Mandiargues, Félix Huon, Marie-Muriel Barthelet and Anne Febvre advised Sogetrel, the French network integrator and communication systems provider, on corporate and finance aspects of purchasing Eryma, an electronic security subsidiary of Euronext-listed SFPI.
