Overview
Robert Cordy was one of three current or former judges who on April 4, 2017 spoke at Boston College School of Law for a conference titled, “State/Federal Tensions in Immigration Enforcement: Looking Back and Looking Forward.” Mr. Cordy’s panel discussed the disconnect between state and federal courts in adjudicating criminal cases and at the impact that that disconnect has on deportation decisions.
