State Sales Tax Officials Rev Their Engines

Stephen Kranz said that about half of all states are legislatively ready to start collecting tax from out-of-state retailers. In light of the Supreme Court of the United States’ ruling in Wayfair, businesses should expect announcements soon, he said.
