Alysse McLoughlin was profiled as an “influential” and “highly seasoned” state and local tax attorney who rejoined McDermott in September after a previous 10-year stint at the Firm well as having worked as an attorney in the IRS chief counsel’s office, as state tax counsel at Lehman Brothers and state tax counsel for Barclays Capital.
