A. Marisa Chun is counsel to the representative of a deceased Stetson University donor, whose estate is being sued by the university claiming it is owed remaining funds from a bequest. The donor “was proud to generously support Stetson University with his time as a Trustee and his many financial contributions during his lifetime,” Ms. Chun stated. “While we believe that Stetson’s claims are not supported by the law, we hope to resolve our differences amicably with the University.”
