Steve Ryan: Should Comey Have Weighed in on Clinton Emails?

Stephen Ryan said in this radio interview that FBI Director Comey should “absolutely not” have made recommendations to prosecutors regarding Hillary Clinton’s handling of State Department email and classified information. “The role of the FBI is to be the fact-gathering instrument of the United States Department of Justice.
