MIAMI – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery today announced the arrival of Steven Hadjilogiou as a partner in the Firm’s Tax Practice Group in the Miami office. Mr. Hadjilogiou will focus on tax planning with an emphasis on international tax planning.

Mr. Hadjilogiou joins McDermott from an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented various Fortune 500 companies, major privately-held businesses in their tax planning and supply chain projects and high net worth entrepreneurs with their personal tax and estate planning. He has experience in inbound and outbound transactional tax planning, transfer pricing, tax-related intellectual property matters, Subpart F, pre-immigration planning and foreign investment in US real property. Mr. Hadjilogiou is consistently recognized as a leading tax lawyer by Chambers USA.

Mr. Hadjilogiou received both his JD and LLM (Taxation) from the University of Florida. He writes and presents extensively on topics related to tax and is also an adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law’s Tax LLM program.
