Still Waiting on Shoes to Drop in Taprooms, Pay-to-Play

Marc Sorini told the Craft Brewers Conference that, while there might be storm clouds gathering for brewer tasting rooms’ rights, some concerns are overblown because every state has limits on the number of brewery-owned taprooms. A small brewer’s use of six taprooms “is not going to undermine the competitive landscape in way that hundreds or thousands would,” Mr. Sorini said.
