Linda Doyle said that if the Supreme Court agrees with the Tenth Circuit ruling in Green v. Brennan, which affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of a discrimination complaint as time-barred, many similar claims by both public and private sector employees may be barred by the statute of limitations.
