Todd Solomon said that, although the Supreme Court refused to hear a case on whether sexual orientation discrimination violated Title VII, there are many business reasons to avoid workplace discrimination against LGBTQ workers, including boosting employee morale and efficiency, attracting and retaining top talent, and competing in an increasingly diverse marketplace.
