Daniel Foster filed a lawsuit on behalf of pro bono client the Surfrider Foundation against the US International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) for failure to comply with water quality standards and violations under the Clean Water Act. “Because of USIBWC’s continued inaction on this issue and the resulting impact on local communities, Surfrider has decided to take further action on behalf of its members and supporters in Southern California,” he said.
