WASHINGTON, DC (September 6, 2016) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery announced today that En-Jiun Enrica Ma has returned to the firm as a partner in the Tax Practice Group and will be based in the Washington, DC office. Ms. Ma will focus her practice on corporate and partnership tax matters involving acquisitions, mergers, internal restructurings, and supply chain planning.
During her previous time at McDermott, Ms. Ma focused her practice on various aspects of federal and international tax matters for large public corporations and closely-held companies. She practiced at McDermott for four years before joining the in-house team at Johnson & Johnson where she further honed her international tax planning skills.

Ms. Ma received a BA in Business Administration from National Taiwan University, a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and an LLM in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
