Arthur Rosen said regarding a new US Supreme Court case that the issue of multiple taxation by states needs quick resolution. “I think this issue of individuals having economic interests throughout the country, whether through ownership of a flow-through entity, or employment in other states, is going to continue to raise the issues of mobility, and at some point I would hope states would get together or Congress would require rationalization of the situation,” Mr. Rosen said.
