Lisa Linsky was named to City & State’s “Above & Beyond” list for her pioneering work to promote LGBT issues. “When I first started at McDermott, I was not actively involved in the LGBT community,” Linsky said. But when management asked her to create a diversity and inclusion program for LGBT attorneys, she had “one of those lightning bolt moments.”
