The American College of Tax Counsel Urges Supreme Court to Rule in Compact Case

Peter Faber was noted as amicus counsel for the American College of Tax Counsel in filing an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court in Sonoco Prods Co. v Dep’t of Treasury. It urged the Court to rule on whether a Michigan appellate court misapplied United States v. Carlton when it upheld a retroactive tax statute repealing its use of the three-factor apportionment formula.
