International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that LA-based partner Michelle Strowhiro has been named to American Lawyer’s inaugural West Trailblazers supplement.
Michelle is an employment advisor, litigator and M&A transaction specialist. She collaborates with clients to establish and maintain their strong and lawful employment policies and practices, manage their employee relationships from hire to termination, conduct workplace investigations, administer leaves and other workplace accommodations, and resolve disputes.
In addition to her personal practice, Michelle leads McDermott’s Pandemic Response Employment Subgroup and co-leads the COVID-19 Employment Task Force. She advises clients on pandemic response and preparedness, including COVID-19 policymaking and legal compliance (including vaccination, safety and paid leaves), and remote work and return-to-work considerations.
