Overview
Carsten Steinhauer and Valentina Sarrocco were the McDermott lawyers who assisted in the sale of 80% of the capital shares of the biomass power plant for Enna (Sicily) to Friel Green Power. The biomass power plant has a production capacity of 18.7 megawatts and it was designed for a power generation of energy able to provide electricity to approximately 30,000 residential homes.
