McDermott was ranked number 20 by lawyer head count overall among Washington, D.C. law firms. In 2013 McDermott’s Washington office recorded increases of one percent in the number of D.C. lawyers, seven percent in the number of D.C. partners and three percent in lawyers and partners combined.
