Volker Teigelkötter said McDermott’s new German initiative to offer associates reduced flexible hours for reduced pay is “not a marketing model, we’re serious about it.” The Firm wants to attract candidates who “come with good grades and make good money, but want a regular working week with time for family and leisure,” Mr. Teigelkötter added.
