Jacques Buhart, as managing partner of the Paris office, said that use of law firm websites “has become paramount for legal managers in the selection of foreign lawyers on international issues.” Mr. Buhart continued, “To deal with a strategic litigation, our firm will seek to identify the five or six best specialists on this subject. Clients will base their choice primarily on reputation. My role is to facilitate this best choice internally, and to ensure there is no conflict involving other clients.”
