Wilson Chu discussed his work regarding the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) selection of its inaugural Game Changer award to promote diversity among corporate general counsel hires. The award recognized an executive recruiter, and Mr. Chu explained the selection by saying that recruiters “are the gatekeepers. They want to make placement and money, and we want to put our people in those positions.”
