David Fuller, who earlier in his career practiced for 13 years at McDermott, has returned to the Firm’s benefits compensation and employment practice. Mr. Fuller has been advising clients for over three decades on matters involving employment taxes, information reporting, fringe benefits, outsourcing and contingent workers.
