Jay Singer and David Sherwood were noted as joining McDermott’s Washington, DC tax group in May from a boutique tax law firm. Both lawyers are experienced in international mergers and acquisitions, stock treatments and the disclosure of tax shelters, having advised some of the world’s largest multinationals on these and other corporate tax matters.
