Chuck Moll joined McDermott as a partner, along with Troy Van Dongen and Marcy Jo Mandel. “McDermott has undoubtedly the best nationwide state and local tax group,” Moll said. “I’ve known folks in that group for many years and I’ve been a partner with some and a client with others, so when they opened a San Francisco office and were looking for California expertise I thought it was a good fit.”
