Giancarlo Castorino, Pierandrea Bonali and Antida Cutuli assisted UniCredit (agent and bookrunner) and several other banks which are providing approximately 235 million euros to the Milan Development 1 Fund for constructing ENI’s new headquarters in the San Donato Milanese area.
