Steven Eckhaus, an executive compensation veteran for Wall Street executives and other non-financial professionals, joined from his former firm and became partner in the New York office. Mr. Eckhaus, who will head the office’s compensation, benefits and labor practice, called McDermott a “terrific firm” with “one of the best executive compensation practices in the world, and I’m excited to come practice law here.”
