Trade Association Alleges New York’s Opioid Stewardship Act Is Unconstitutional

John Calandra, M. Miller Baker, Stephen Kranz, Diann Smith, Sarah Hogarth and Eric Hageman represent a Virginia trade association for pharmaceutical wholesale distributors in filing suit in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking to strike down a New York law that imposes a surcharge on the business they do in the state.
