James Ross said that there has been “nothing dramatically new” for transfer pricing in the United Kingdom. However, “the trends we have seen over the last few years have continued. Tax authorities are focusing ever more on the appropriate transfer pricing of intangibles,” he said. “When doing so, they put rather less weight on comparables than in the past.”
