Stephen Ryan, as counsel to President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen, wrote the House Intelligence Committee to reject suggestions that Cohen was involved in working with Russia to disrupt the election. “We have not uncovered a single document that would in any way corroborate…allegations regarding Mr. Cohen, nor do we believe that any such document exists,” Mr. Ryan wrote, adding that his client “vehemently denies” claims which are “false and remain wholly unsubstantiated.”
