Stephen Ryan predicted that “the one thing” fired FBI director Comey would not do in his congressional testimony, “he’s not going to reach a conclusion (on the legality of Trump’s actions) and he’s not going to talk about the underlying investigation” of Russian interference in the election. Mr. Ryan added that the testimony would be historic, with its closest comparison being to that of John Dean before the Senate Watergate Committee in 1973.
