Todd Solomon said “one thing that is certain is that the Affordable Care Act will come under heavy scrutiny early on during the new administration and could face a repeal.” Mr. Solomon advised that employers “should begin discussing the potential impact with their advisors and are likely to hold off on any significant plan design decisions until the situation is somewhat more settled and a clear direction becomes more apparent.”
