Norman Wasse led the McDermott team that advised one of Asia’s largest integrated distribution companies, Singapore-based TVS-Asianics Supply Chain Solutions Pte. Ltd, on its purchase of all shares in Pan Asia Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. and subsidiaries. The team included partners Michael Cziesla, Wolfgang von Frentz, Christian Masch, Volker Teigelkötter, Daniel von Brevern and Alexa Ningelgen.
