Lydia Kelley, a University of Michigan Law school alumnus, was profiled as managing partner of McDermott’s 625-person Chicago office. Such a large office is “almost like the size of small towns, with all of the accompanying management complexities.” Ms. Kelley noted. She added that given her leadership in firm-wide diversity and hiring initiatives, “I know most of the attorneys globally because of those responsibilities.
