Mark Pearlstein, Laura McLane and Evan Panich have represented a major health sector company in False Claims Act litigation involving one of the company’s mental health centers in Massachusetts. A new court filing claims that the First Circuit improperly revived the complaint against the company by unilaterally identifying regulations that whistleblowers never discussed and then misconstruing those regulations to suggest fraud may have occurred.
